The backbone of our communications system is our dynamic
claims management system. Our goal
is to track each and every communication we receive from class members -- whether
that communication arrives by mail, phone or email.
For instance, while we are on the phone with a claimant
we are able to review all previous calls that person has made, the status of his
or her claim, and any disbursements made.
We constantly update the system with the most current information.
