El Segundo, California, May 3, 2010 – Kurtzman Carson Consultants LLC (KCC), a Computershare company, today announced that it has acquired the business of Rosenthal & Company. Rosenthal & Company, located in Novato, Calif., specializes in administering class action settlements related to employment, insurance, finance, securities, antitrust and consumer litigation.

"The acquisition of Rosenthal & Company is an important step forward in the company's overall growth strategy," said Jon Orr, KCC's President. "With the expansion of KCC Class Action Services, earlier this year, this acquisition further positions KCC as a premier provider of settlement administration services."
